Mr. Frenova Noersal is the Managing Partner of Law Firm FNL and leads a high-profile team that have expertise across a broad range of legal practices which includes corporate, commercial, employment, litigation and specialist legal services to national and international clients.
With over twenty-eight (28) years providing services to Indonesian organisations and international businesses, Frenova Noersal has extensive experience in handling cases in Indonesia requiring his expertise in employment law, dispute resolution and court litigation. His strong background dealing with labour related matters in Indonesia has provided individuals and businesses alike with a channel to discuss openly any issues and resolved significant disputes. Due to his direct involvement, many disagreements have been settled before they have negatively impacted families and businesses alike.
Another area of his proficiency involves providing advice to organisations and individuals on Indonesia’s complex expatriate employment rules, conducting manpower-related investigations for both public and private companies, providing regulatory advice, and representing employers in negotiations with the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower and labour unions. Additionally, Frenova has also been advising employers and Unions on matters related to agency/contract labour which has recently been the subject of important Constitutional Court litigation and new governmental restrictions.
He has a strong personality and is not afraid to speak his mind and deliver results to organisations (Businesses, Companies, and Unions) that follow the legal process.
